Effective October 4, 2026
Subscription
Brio provides a 30-day subscription paid manually in USDG on Robinhood Chain. There are no automatic charges. Renewing before expiration adds another 30 days to the paid-through date.
Blockchain payments
You are responsible for selecting the correct network, token, amount, and invoice. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Only payments submitted through the active Brio payment contract and matched to a valid invoice can be activated automatically.
Expiration and limits
When access expires, generation, source refresh, and publication stop. Settings and drafts remain available subject to the retention policy. Subscription limits may cover agents, generations, publications, stored files, and source refreshes.
AI and publication disclosure
Brio generates AI-assisted drafts from approved context. Manual approval requires an explicit decision. Timed publication may publish automatically after the visible review deadline when enabled by an authorized workspace member. You remain responsible for the content and accounts you connect.
Refunds and support
Payment investigations and legally required refund requests are handled individually. Contact brioplatformai@gmail.com with the invoice ID and transaction hash.
