Data we process
Brio processes account details, approved business knowledge, drafts, publishing settings, X OAuth credentials, usage records, wallet addresses, invoice identifiers, and public blockchain transaction hashes needed to provide and secure the service.
How data is used
We use this data to authenticate users, generate and review content, operate requested publication workflows, enforce subscription limits, reconcile payments, investigate errors, and protect Brio from abuse.
AI processing
Approved context and draft instructions may be sent to configured AI providers to generate content. Private credentials and payment signing keys are not included in AI prompts.
Storage and deletion
You may request an export or deletion from the Brio workspace. Deletion stops jobs and removes stored access credentials and customer content subject to required security, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal retention. Public blockchain records cannot be edited or deleted.
